Administration Building
This Building was built for Shurtleff College in the 1930’s. It housed the administrative offices and some small dorm rooms. The last students graduated from Shurtleff College in 1957 and the building was turned over to Southern Illinois University. The building was the hub of activity for students attending the Alton campus of SIU in the early 1960’s. Today the building sits on the campus of the SIU Dental School. Painted in acrylic on a 24 by 30 canvas.
